Delete your account and data requests

Deleting your account signs you out everywhere, unlinks Steam and Discord, removes your name, avatar, email, friends, messages, notifications, sign-in history and anti-cheat telemetry, and shows your past matches as "Deleted player". It cannot be undone.

If your account is under an open anti-cheat case or a confirmed ban, the records needed for that case are kept, as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment records are kept by Paddle as tax law requires.

For a copy of your data, a correction or any other request, email ace.platform.official@gmail.com with your SteamID64. We answer within 30 days.
