Appeal an anti-cheat decision

A.C.E never bans automatically. Every hold and every ban is reviewed by the owner, and you can appeal it here. Your appeal is read by a person together with the evidence recorded for your account at that time.

You can have one open appeal at a time (up to 3 in 30 days). We aim to answer within 7 days. See the rulebook and the Privacy Policy for what the anti-cheat records.
