Support on this website is a written desk. It does not open a live voice line inside a match.
This page explains the written ladder. It does not apply a match, and it does not change a stored rating.
What the support page does
The support page lists the desks and offers a ticket control. Choosing that control does not create a case, and it does not reach a person during a match, because no match is running.
A rule question belongs to the competition code at /rules. A ladder question belongs in this codex.
A protest, once a match exists
The written code says the captain may file a protest before the next map begins, naming the map, the round, and the article. File it through Support so the owner can review the match.
A layout score is not a played match. Staff would write a series result only after a real series.
